The building shall comprise of Ground + 4 floors and have 36 units or apartments, that is 9 units each floor. It will have a proposed saleable area of 33265 square feet. The proposed building has been designed keeping in mind the common aspiration of home buyers like spacious rooms, adequated air and light in all areas including common areas and lobbies. There are numerous green areas and adequate ducts for free-flow of air of adequate natural lighting. The building has been designed in a way so that each apartment can get enough of its own free space or opening. The building shall have a staircase and two elevators.

Sohum Residency (Phase I) comprised of Block –I of the project which is G+4 floor and has 36 units and a saleable area of about 36000 square feet. The construction of the said block began in late 2010 and was complete by mid- 2012.

Though, this project was the most premium of its kind during the time of its launch, its received great response owing to the goodwill of its promoters, location of the project and due to the facilities that it proposed as a part of the project. This project took about 18-22 months to complete and is now fully occupied by its residents.
